Theme: Harvest of Joy

Verse: “The joy of the Lord is your strength.”  — Nehemiah 8:10 (NIV)

After hearing God’s Word read aloud, the people wept for their sins — but Nehemiah reminded them that true strength comes from rejoicing in God’s mercy. Their tears turned into joy, and they shared food with others. Thanksgiving here represented restored hope and a harvest of joy after a long season of sorrow.
